Franklin Delano Roosevelt finds a personified Silicon Valley Bank, dressed in a casual hoodie with a bag of cash for a head, an expressive dollar sign face. The Silicon Valley Bank is gorging on cash and precious metal bars.
FDR: "Whoa, bank, maybe you should regulate a bit."
Silicon Valley Bank: "Whatever G-man. I don’t need a nanny state to tell me what to do! You're not the boss of me!"

Panel 2:
FDR: "You say that, but I’m the one who has to take care of you when you make yourself sick."
Silicon Valley Bank: "Not this time! This time I'm guaranteed to have unending market growth."

Panel 3:
The face of Silicon Valley Bank suddenly falls.
Silicon Valley Bank: "…I don’t feel well."
FDR: "I'll get the seizure order."
