Panel 2: FDR approaches an angry gang of ICE agents. FDR says "Look at this kid. He wants Civil War so bad but not if I'm dressed as an inflatable frog." The ICE agent says "This Anti-fascist Roosevelt guy is ruining our tough guy TV footage! Let me shoot him once!" Two other agents behind him say "let it go, man!" "Don't let him get to you!"
Panel 3: Abraham Lincoln arrives, also in an inflatable frog costume. He says "Send warning: the south had better hope it doesn't rise again!" FDR says "Cry Havoc! And let slip the frogs of war."
