Just a reminder that our 10th president, John Tyler, although died right before he could actually serve, was voted into the Confederate House of Representatives.
Woodrow Wilson was a young boy growing up in the Confederate south and carried white slaveholding sympathies with him as President.
This is in our blood. We should acknowledge it and vow to be better.
