Panel 1: Madison: "Dear Sir! Media person! Are you injured? Who did this to you?" TV Media: "Help me, James Madison! My first amendment rights are being infringed! I got jumped by the FCC Chair!"
Panel 2: Madison flips out and says "What?! That is against the rules!"
Panel 3: TV Media: "They said next time I speak up, they'll beat me to death with my revoked broadcast license!" Madison: "Though, this could be how the levers of government express itself."
Panel 4: TV Media: "I never did consider the government's first amendment right to kick the (bleep) ouf of me." Madison, while reading over the Constitution says "Legally, it's not censorship as long as it's also extortion."
